Special Issues
Special issues of JurisPolitica are subject to the same scholarly, ethical, peer-review, copyright, licensing, and open-access requirements as regular issues.
The Editor-in-Chief retains overall responsibility for the scholarly integrity of special issues. Guest editors, where appointed, must possess appropriate academic expertise and must disclose potential conflicts of interest.
Manuscripts submitted by a guest editor or another person directly involved in managing a special issue are handled independently by an unconflicted editor and reviewed by at least two independent external reviewers. Guest editors have no involvement in decisions concerning their own manuscripts.
