Self-Archiving and Repository Policy
JurisPolitica permits authors to deposit and make publicly available the submitted manuscript or preprint, the Author Accepted Manuscript, and the published Version of Record.
Authors may deposit these versions in institutional repositories, disciplinary repositories, funder repositories, personal academic websites, or other lawful repositories of their choice.
No embargo period applies. Prior permission from JurisPolitica is not required for lawful repository deposit.
When depositing the published article or an accepted version following publication, authors are encouraged to provide the complete citation and DOI or link to the Version of Record published by JurisPolitica.
