JurisPolitica is a fully open-access scholarly journal. All articles are made freely and immediately available upon publication, without subscription, payment, registration, or embargo.

Users may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to, crawl, and otherwise lawfully reuse the full text of published articles in accordance with the applicable open licence.

No embargo: JurisPolitica applies no embargo period to its published scholarly content.
