There are no editorial processing charges, language-editing charges, membership fees, or other mandatory charges at any stage from submission through publication. Because JurisPolitica does not charge publication fees, fee waivers and discounts are not applicable.

Editorial and peer-review decisions are based exclusively on scholarly merit, relevance, originality, methodological quality, and compliance with the journal’s policies. Financial considerations do not influence editorial decisions.
