General Publication Rules

Originality and Prior Publication

• Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by another journal.
• Once published in JurisPolitica, the article may not be submitted or republished elsewhere without written permission.
• Work derived from theses, dissertations, or previously published books may be considered only when it offers significant new insight and receives prior Editorial Board approval.

Scope and Focus

• Submissions should address contemporary, original, and innovative topics.
• Authors should concentrate directly on the core research question and avoid excessive theoretical background.
• Necessary context must be supported with appropriate references.
• A critical perspective and in-depth analysis of challenges and implications are strongly encouraged.

Recommendations and Proposals

Research should include actionable recommendations and proposals that address identified problems or indicate meaningful directions for future research.

Publication Exclusivity

Once a manuscript is accepted for publication in JurisPolitica, it may not be published elsewhere without written permission from the Editorial Board.

In-Text Citations

• Books: (Author & Author, Year, p. X)
• Book chapters: (Author, Year, p. X)
• Journal articles: (Author, Year, p. X)
• Electronic sources: (Author, Year)
• Use page numbers for direct quotations.
• For three or more authors, use the first author followed by et al.
• Every in-text citation must have a matching reference-list entry.

Reference List

• Include books, articles, case law, and online materials consulted or cited.
• Organize references according to the original language of each source.
• Apply a 0.5-inch (1.27 cm) hanging indent to every entry.
• Use current and diverse local, international, and foreign sources.
• Document all sources accurately and completely.
