JurisPolitica – Volume 2, Issue 1 (2026) brings together seven peer-reviewed scholarly articles examining the evolving intersections of law, technology, bioethics, corporate governance, environmental sustainability, dispute resolution, and political philosophy. The issue explores the transformation of media content production through artificial intelligence and the emerging legal challenges associated with its use, alongside the legitimacy of scientific research involving human embryos conceived through medically assisted procreation in light of contemporary legal developments. It also examines the legal and moral foundations of employee priority in insolvency proceedings and evaluates the effectiveness of shareholders’ agreements in ensuring the durability of contractual commitments and their practical enforcement.
